Grace Mutandwa
Grace Mutandwa (2018) is a Zimbabwe-based international journalist, columnist, editor and mentor. Grace’s work has been published in The Sunday Mail, The Zimbabwe Mirror, the Daily News, The Financial Gazette, Botswana’s Kutlwano Magazine and various websites.
Grace is the author of five previously published books. She has been recognized by the U.S. Embassy and the Humanitarian Information Centre for her work in promoting gender equity in the media.
As a Logan Nonfiction fellow, Grace will be at work on a book that explores the difficulties of navigating life under Mugabe’s dictatorship and the lasting effects of his rule. The book delves into the period since November 2017, examining the political issues that have remained a thorn in the lives of Zimbabweans and how both the leaders and the people have responded at every turn.
