Christopher Cox
Christopher Cox (2020) has spent most his career as an editor. He started editing fiction at The Paris Review, became a longform journalism nut at Harper’s Magazine and most recently oversaw the features desk at GQ. Stories he has worked on have won the National Magazine Award, an Overseas Press Club award, the PEN Literary Award for Journalism and the Pulitzer Prize. As a writer, he’s covered politics, business, food and books for the New York Times Magazine, Slate, Vogue, Oxford American, Bookforum, GQ, The Paris Review and Harper’s.
As a Logan fellow, Christopher will work on his book, to be published by Avid
Reader Press at Simon & Schuster, about the American economy as seen
through the filter of workplaces on high-pressure deadlines.
