Four Sessions Available From August to December | Attend One Session or All Four!
The Helderberg Brewery will host four workshops exploring beer brewed from locally sourced ingredients and brewing with the seasons. The series will be open to the public and is designed for fans of fermentation at all skill levels. All workshops will include a presentation/discussion component and a demonstration/hands-on component. Participants will leave with knowledge and techniques to create unique brews using their own local ingredients.
Just as cooking with fresh seasonal produce enhances flavors and aromas in food, the same is true of beer. Each session will use seasonal ingredients, foraged from the area or sourced from local growers, in traditional (and non-traditional) beverages.
Included in the ticket price:
– Lunch prepared on site by the Carriage House Restaurant
– Learning! Brewing is fun, adventurous and rewarding. This is a forum to be experimental while also learning some fundamentals of fermentation
– 1-gallon of wort and small fermentation vessel to take home and ferment per person
Four sessions are available. Attendees can attend one session for $65.00 or all four sessions for a discounted price of $200.00. Please be sure to purchase tickets for the specific date(s) you prefer. Space is limited for this funky fun event series!
