Carey Institute Hosts Catskill High Peaks Music Festival

HIGHPEAKSSTUDENTS

We at the Carey Institute are thrilled to be working with Close Encounters with Music to present the 6th Annual Catskill High Peaks Music Festival and artist residency.

The brainchild of world renown cellist (and local radio personality) Yehuda Hanani, the festival brings together internationally acclaimed classical musicians, up-and-coming young talents, and local disadvantaged youth for 10 days of performances, master classes, and intimate talks focused on the region’s role in the culture of The Gilded Age.

Beginning August 9th, the full festival program is open to the public with prices ranging from free to $30. To learn more about this incredible program and artist residency, click here.
